Brioche is typically a sliced breakfast bread which,
when served in its small individual form, provides a
perfect accompaniment for afternoon tea as well as a
tasty on-the-go treat.

We offer both forms of the dough as we know just how
incredibly numerous and varied (and delicious!) the

culinary uses of brioche can be.

When baking, the individual pre-portioned brioches need a support
structure to help preserve their distinctive shape. While regular muffin
tins can serve that purpose to an extent, the traditional look is possible

only with a properly suited mold. Our gourmet-quality French-made 4-inch brioche molds
provide the perfect fit thanks to their 10 flared & fluted sides which beautifully shape and
color the brioches while the reliable nonstick finish releases them easily after cooling.
